Carerra Projects Ltd. began as a small family business in White Rock, built by Davis’s father with a simple belief: treat people with honesty, do quality work, and always stand behind what you build. Growing up around the jobsite, Davis learned those values early — watching his dad earn trust through hard work, clear communication, and a genuine pride in every project.
When Davis and his wife, Elia, decided to bring the company to Vancouver Island, it wasn’t just a business move — it was a chance to carry that legacy forward while building a life together. Originally from Quebec, Elia followed her heart to the mountains and the West Coast, and together they have created a home in Nanaimo with their two amazing young boys. The family has settled beautifully into the community, bringing their shared values of honesty, hard work, and care into every project they take on.
Today, Carerra Projects continues to operate with those principles at its core. Davis is hands-on with every project, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish. Elia manages the behind-the-scenes organization, keeping the company running smoothly while raising their family. True to their roots, the business remains family-run — built on teamwork, integrity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
